Fear Not: Fear of What God is Asking You to Do

"Fear Not!" A statement made by angels of the Lord multiple times to everybody involved in the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We don't often associate fear and trembling with the Christmas story, but it was utterly terrifying for those personally involved.

In this first of a three message series, the angel Gabriel declares to Mary what is about to happen through her and encourages her to trust God, no matter how worrisome His call might be. This is a great story of encouragement to each of us as we wrestle with God's call on our lives as well.
